Speed & Skills Clinic
Speed and agility in young athletes are very important for development and are often nurtured through free play. Learn the skills with Coach Pace and gain the secrets that are required for all sports.
This is a program designed to teach young athletes the basics of sports performance. It is appropriate for most field and court sports that require a high degree of speed and conditioning. This program is 1 day per week with each workout lasting approximately 60 minutes and can be done individually, or with groups/teams.
